Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Swipefast ("the service", "we", "us") — software for selling products through a hosted checkout. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
Swipefast gives you a checkout page, order add-ons, a post-purchase offer, subscription billing, order records and related tools. You bring what you sell; we run the machinery that sells it. We change and improve the service continuously and may add, alter or retire features.
Your account
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Swipefast, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us immediately at support@swipefast.io if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Fees
Swipefast costs a flat subscription — currently $58 per month or $580 per year. We take no percentage of your sales. Prices for new billing periods may change; we will tell you before a change affects you. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Payments go through your own accounts
Money from your buyers is collected through your own payment provider (such as your Stripe account), under your agreement with that provider. We never hold, transmit or take custody of your sales revenue. Refunds to your buyers, chargebacks, taxes on your sales, and compliance with your payment provider’s rules are your responsibility.
What you sell
You are the merchant of record for everything you sell through Swipefast. You are responsible for the products themselves, the claims you make about them, delivering them, honouring your own refund promises, and complying with the laws that apply to you and your buyers — including tax, consumer-protection and privacy law.
You may not use Swipefast to sell anything illegal, fraudulent or deceptive; anything that infringes someone else’s rights; or anything your payment provider prohibits. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content and your data
Everything you put into Swipefast — product copy, pages you paste in, prices, your customer list — remains yours. You give us the licence needed to host and display it, and nothing more. You can export your orders and customers at any time, and that remains true if you decide to leave.
Your buyers’ personal data belongs to your relationship with them: you are the data controller, and we process it on your behalf to run your checkout. Our Privacy Policy describes how.
Credentials you connect
API keys you connect (such as your Stripe secret key or email-tool keys) are stored encrypted and used only to provide the service on your behalf. You can disconnect them at any time, and disconnecting stops their use.
Intellectual property
The service itself — its software, design and name — belongs to us. These terms give you a right to use it while your subscription is active, not ownership of any part of it.
Termination
You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create legal risk, or abuse the service, and where reasonable we will tell you why. After closure we make your exportable data available for thirty days, then delete it, except records we are legally required to keep. Because buyers pay into your own payment accounts, closing Swipefast does not touch subscriptions already billing there.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast, correct and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for what you sell, how much you sell, or decisions you make based on the numbers the service shows you.
Limitation of liability
To the greatest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
