Privacy Policy

Swipefast is checkout software. There are two kinds of people whose data we touch: sellers, who have accounts with us, and their buyers, whose purchases pass through checkouts we host. This policy covers both, plainly.

If you're a seller

We hold what you give us to run your account: your name, email address, password (stored as a hash, never readable), the products and pages you create, and your subscription status. If you connect other tools — your Stripe account, an email tool — the keys you paste are stored encrypted and used only to do what you connected them for.

If you bought something through a Swipefast checkout

The seller you bought from is responsible for your data; we process it on their behalf. We record what the checkout needs: your name, email address, what you bought, what you paid, and — only where the seller has turned it on — your billing address. Your card number never touches us: it goes directly to the payment processor (Stripe). Questions about your data should go first to the seller you bought from; their contact details are on your receipt.

What we do with it

Run the checkout, deliver receipts and account emails, retry failed payments, show sellers their own sales, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not use buyer data to advertise to anyone.

Who else touches it

The service runs on infrastructure and services that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each holds only what its job requires.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to attribute a sale to the link that brought the buyer — that's what makes partner tracking work. No third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records last as long as the seller's account does, because they are the seller's books. When a seller closes their account, their data is exportable for thirty days and then deleted, except what the law requires anyone to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to support@swipefast.io. If you're a buyer, we may route the request through the seller you bought from, since the records are theirs.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and, for sellers, by email.
